We print most anything (some exclusions may apply, see below)

Card Ideas include: commodity / novelty cards, business cards, employee badges, luggage tags, prayer cards, promotional cards, plastic wallet photos, etc. These cards measure approximately 3 3/8 inches X 2 1/8 inches, credit card size equivalent.

Please allow 1 - 7 business days to create your proof. If you need it quicker, please message me and I'll let you know if I can get it to you sooner.

Please include the following:

Your name (or name you want on your card).
A photo. (at least 600 pixels square)
What you want the bar-code or QR code to read as. (if applicable)
Any other text/color changes you'd like.

Keep in mind there are limitations, please contact us prior to purchase, with any customization that isn't pictured.

These cards are unique to your order and the images used to create your badge are only used for your order. We may keep a copy on file at your request in case you need a future order.

Please note, these will fade if in the sun for a length of time.

Bar-codes and QR codes are printed using "true black" if you choose for them to be. (This makes them actually readable by most scanners.) Sometimes the color may be more important to your creation for cosplay, which may look way cooler, but could result in a code not scanning.

The picture that you want on the badge can easily be attached to the conversation (link on the right side just under the message text window). If you do not send the information right after the purchase it may cause additional delay while we collect the needed information for the card from you.

Photo tips: Take a great photo! It is best that you get someone to take one for you standing in front of a white background, ensure that the picture is not a profile, not over or under exposed and that it looks similar to your photo on your driver’s license or student ID. If you'd rather bend these rules, that's totally up to you. Just remember, what you send is what you'll get.



All orders are sent via USPS 1st class mail.

State and Federal laws apply, this product is never to be presented as legitimate identification (unless used for a company by an agent of said company.)

Custom made products may not be returned.

We will send you a proof prior to production. Once you OK your proof, the sale is final.
